Overview
• The primary responsibility of Sales will be to sell in store and out of home Advertising Media Partnership Programs designed to increase store sales and profits. Manage the Partnership relationship to maximize revenue and profits and negotiate the renewing of contracts.
• Candidate will conduct sales activities in designated markets within an agreed upon account list and/or territory. Will develop near and long-term Partnership sales and promotional strategies as well as oversee Partnership development and integration of new account acquisitions.
• Execute integrated sales and marketing plans to achieve maximum revenue and profits. Develop, design and present programs that drive client sales efficiently and effectively.
• Prospect for qualified Partnership Retailers within designated markets.
• Develop and maintain key contacts with decision makers including: Media Planners and Buyers and Account Executives and Brand Managers.
• Develop and manage client relationships including initial sales and service support and continuous sales strategy.
• Actively contribute to overall sales strategy bringing significant industry knowledge to the overall corporate strategic planning process.
• Provide succinct and timely sales, customer, competitive, and market information and analytics reporting.
• Attend pertinent industry and other functions to ensure that the interests and objectives of the company are properly represented, to maintain client relations and prospect for new client.
• Develop and maintain strategic advertising relationships; craft innovative and creative revenue strategies
• This individual must be an effective communicator and be open to new ideas, possess a positive attitude, and be highly motivated.
• Have a high sense of urgency; will be an excellent motivator and a “culture” builder, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines and meet/exceed budget and customer expectations.

• Superior personal performance record of meeting and exceeding revenue and profits goals.
• All Sales Personnel possess strong organizational and time management skills, efficient and effective systematic sales and client management techniques and able to employ creative execution to accomplish goals in a timely, productive and fiscally responsible manner. This individual will be a creative idea person with strong strategic, sales, negotiation and revenue generating skills with the ability to identify and execute new business opportunities.
• Knowledge of PC hardware and software packages
